This trio features young and energetic drams that will stoke conversation with bold profiles to explore together. Cask No. 28.64 Slap on sunscreen and slow down transports us to warmer places with tropical fruits salads, summer melons and citrus notes that make for a refreshingly complex start to this tasting flight. The complexity continues with Cask No. 122.38 Out of signal as we are taken on a sweet and savoury journey. Earthy aromas of olive oil and herbs lead to a palate of juicy tropical fruits with this compelling dram, one our Tasting Panel heralds as “expressive and charismatic”! We finish with a sherry lover’s delight in Cask No. 1.238 Well-danced upon oak. Additional maturation in a highly active sherry cask endows the spirit with all the dried fruits, dark chocolate, nuts and spices we could ask for.
