An unusual shy, inoffensive, almost innocent aroma greeted the Panel. The scent of sweet peppermint tea, crème Brulee, honey oat bread and coconut chocolate-covered cherries made us all silly skinning and grinning. On the palate neat it felt like almond white chocolate coconut truffles melting in our mouths combined with warm cherry crumble pie! With a drop of water added, if you so wish, the aroma turned into a creamy cappuccino or an Earl Grey tea whilst on the palate ridiculously sweet and silky like a delicious pineapple banana smoothie or coconut cookie dough ice cream.
