There is benefit and beauty in simplicity, and we got great vibes from this sweet and smoky aroma which immediately created an emotional atmosphere. Initially the taste was like sucking oysters in shallot vinaigrette which was then followed by an apple cranberry walnut salad with sweet raisins and smoky paprika croutons. With the addition of water, mesmerizing, mineralic, medicinal sweet smoke emanated from the glass. Finally, we enjoyed a tasty tray of pickled mackerel with smoked langoustines and a Mooli radish and carrot salad prepared with green chillies, cumin seeds, black pepper, lemon juice and fresh coriander.
