The panel were struck first by rhubarb and custard sweeties. Followed by campinos, cider vinegar, marie rose sauce, peachy fruit cordial and tree sap. With a little water came notes of warm potting shed, clay pot earthiness, lavender, a wild herb patch and damp soil. The palate displayed a pleasantly thick texture with notes of pipe tobacco, white grape juice, peaches and cream and a stray bushel of fresh malt. Reduction added white chocolate, cinnamon pastries, subtle fresh oak, unlit cigars and some apple and orange shisha.
