A superbly precise and elegant nose, full of chalk, pressed wildflowers, sun cream, scented waxes, bubble-gum, bath bombs and sweet, citrus-flecked cereals. Lots of savoury, dry and lightly earthy petrichor notes. With reduction we got dried herbal teas, freshly baled hay, barley sugars, crisp cereals and cooling wort. Very close to the natural raw ingredients. The mouth displayed immediate lightness of texture, but plenty flavours of starched linens, lemon barley water, cream soda and crisp spring vegetables. With water; hints of blueberry muffin, rolling tobacco, chopped hazelnuts and rich tea biscuits.
