A vigorous and coastal aroma at first. Lots of fragrant sandalwood, hot worts, salty peanuts, tide-drenched sand, olive oil, mustard powder, miso broth, soy sauce, black pepper and dry earth. The reduced aroma offers preserved lemons, salty tent canvas, cough mixtures, menthol toothpaste, lemon wax, dried flowers and seaweed crisps. The presence in the mouth is initially fatty, oily and waxy. A big texture with a warmth of white pepper, salty beach pebbles, background wood spices, mineral salts, bath bombs, white fruits and beach flowers. With water there emerges sunflower seeds, umami paste, green olives in brine, lemon rind, freshly malted barley, lapsang souchong, hessian and cocktail bitters.
