The aroma neat was like a homemade sugared waffle cone dipped in chocolate with two big scoops of ice cream, brown sugar double vanilla Bourbon and Malaga raisin with Pedro Ximénez sherry. After all that sweet goodness on the nose, the palate neat had a lot of spice to offer, like a cranberry relish made with jalapeno pepper, sugar and lime.
