Special release in celebration of The Gathering at the Vaults 2019
Childhood memories of vanilla fudge, pink marshmallows and mango flavoured chewing gum developed into more grown-up aromas of sweet vanilla honeydew pipe tobacco and green iced tea with mint and ginger. Very fresh and clean on the palate neat, like a coconut pannacotta with mango coulis as well as luscious white chocolate cheesecake. When adding a drop of water, it became a mixed green salad with tarragon vinaigrette whilst to taste, like a little piece of paradise biting into a silky smooth papaya while hearing the rustling of the palm trees in the balmy warm trade winds.
