How do I log in to the website?
Once you have activated your membership, you can log in to discover even more about the Society. You will need to use the email address associated with your membership account to log-in.
To obtain Member pricing, members must log-in to their membership account to complete the checkout process. If you are still having trouble, please call our office at 954.749.2440 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm ET and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I change my password?
1. Go to account log-in which can be found on both the top navigation bar, or by simply clicking here
2. Enter your email address that is registered with SMWSA.
3. Click the link “Forgot your password?”
4. Enter your email address you registered your account with and click RESET. An email will be sent to you.
5. Click the reset your password link in the email
6. Enter password you desire, re-enter to confirm and click RESET.
How do I change my email address?
You cannot change your email address for your membership account on the new site. This must be done through our back end system. If you wish to change the email address on your membership account, please call our office at 954.749.2440 (Monday – Friday 9am-5pm ET).
Help! I have forgotten my membership number!
Don’t worry, just give us a call (954.749.2440, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm ET) and we’ll ask you for some other details so as we can locate your number.
Your membership number is not listed on our website because your membership is linked to the email address associated with your membership. Should you need your membership number for any reason, feel free to give us a call.
Can I send a bottle abroad?
Unfortunately, the Society does not have a license to deliver bottles overseas. Of course we are happy to deliver to a USA address.
As a member of the Society, you can purchase whisky from any branch across the world for delivery within that branches territory. You will need to email or contact the particular branch you would like to order from. SMWSA can not place your order with another branch.
I am a Society member outside of the US. Why can't I log in to the website to purchase?
Ordering through individual branch websites is limited to the members of that particular branch. However, we are happy to assist you in purchasing Society whisky for delivery within the US. Please call our office at 954.749.2440, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm ET and we will be happy to assist you.
Oops! I submitted my order with an error, how can I change/cancel my order?
Once submitted, an order cannot be changed/cancelled through the website. Please call our office at 954.749.2440 before 4PM EST the same day the order is placed & we will be able to modify your order. If your order was placed on a weekend or holiday, please call us the next business day before 4PM EST.
My coupon code or gift certificate code is not being recognized, what do I do?
With the launch of our new website, coupon codes and gift certificates issued prior to November 1, 2016 will not be valid to use on our website. Please call our office at 954.749.2440 (Mon-Fri, 9AM - 5PM EST) and one of our representatives will place your order via telephone.
