Amanda's Reviews: “Cowabunga!”
Hello, you darling Speyside beauty – how smitten I am for this distillery lately! The most subdued vanilla spice lingers on a tannic nose like light perfume. Red wine opens up even more on the palate and immediately I drift off to daydreams of a romantic candlelit dinner with braised meat and tagliatelle pasta. Sixteen years in the making, this most delightfully earthy fireplace dram has ripened cherry skins, fig, orange citrus oil, and nutmeg and is wildly decadent, just in time for Taurus season! Wink.
