Please note
that you can apply for membership online. You must be a member if you want to
place an order and we can only fulfill orders within the United
States.
Please have
the following available when placing an order:
- Your full
delivery address
- Your
membership number (if you have one)
- Your e-mail
address and a daytime phone number, so that we can contact you if there are any
questions about your order
- Payment
details - Credit Card information
All of our
products are delivered by an insured carrier. Please supply a daytime delivery
address where your order can be signed. An adult signature is required on all
deliveries.
If you
require a specific delivery date, please let us know and we will do our best to
achieve it.
If you are
purchasing a membership and have been referred by a Society member, please have
their membership number and/or email address so we can provide them a gift
certificate.
Shopping
with us online
Your
shopping basket works in the same way as it would in a supermarket. You can add
any item to your basket by clicking the 'add to basket' button shown next to
each product. Adding an item to your basket does not mean that you have to buy
it, the shopping basket can be used as a way of keeping track of the products
you might be interested in purchasing. Items can be removed from the basket at
any point.
You can view
the contents of your basket by clicking on the 'view basket' button in the top
right corner of each page. Within the shopping basket page, you can change the
quantity or remove any item from your basket. Your order is not complete until
you enter all required information and hit the submit button.
